About
I’m Kyle — a software engineer and entrepreneur who works where product, go-to-market, and technology meet. I care about building things that are useful, well-made, and that actually reach the people they’re for.
Most of my work lives at that intersection. I write the code, think through how something gets to market, and sweat the details that make a product feel considered rather than thrown together. I treat distribution like an engineering problem — measurable, iterative, instrumented — and I treat engineering like a craft. Go-To-Market Is an Engineering Problem.
Lately I’ve been writing about AI as it actually lands in products and teams — reading Anthropic’s recursive self-improvement essay against its own numbers, and comparing notes with founders building in the space. I learn most by building and by talking to people doing the work. Anthropic’s recursive self-improvement essay.
This site is one of those build projects: designed and coded from scratch, no template, every change shipped as a commit. If you want the details, I wrote them up in Building This Website. You can see more of what I’ve made on Projects.
